Types of Terrain
1. Terrains of all sorts can be experienced including paved streets, stone pathways, forest trails and jungle paths.
2. Weather conditions determine the quality of the terrain. Routes will get slippery when wet. We encourage everyone to bring appropriate footwear.
Course Information
1. The participants must stay on the marked course.
2. Short cuts & route skirting is prohibited. If you get lost return to the last course marker
3. Participants that do not follow the marked course will be DQ
4. Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power
5. Participants are obliged at their best ability to help fellow participants that have been injured or experiencing sickness
6. Participants that abandon the race shall report it as soon as possible to the organization

2) SufferFest - Participant T-Shirt
3) Timing System
4) Race Map (participants are responsible for waterproofing)
Mandatory Equipment (Purchased by participant separately)
1) Closed toed shoes
2) Whistle
3) Personal First aid kit
4) Personal food/energy bars/gels etc. for the duration of the run
5) Personal Water storage
Recommended Optional Equipment (Purchased by participant separately)
1) Hat
2) Headlamp
3) Mobile phone - with waterproofing
4) Space blanket
5) Running Backpack
6) Long Thermal base layer (pants and top)
7) Sunscreen (factor 50)
8) Outer shell jacket (waterproof)
FundRun
1. We are pooling a portion of every MTR registrations fee and dedicating the funds to providing underprivileged youth with valuable life experiences.
2. Starting small and expanding outward, SF we will be looking to broaden the scope of experiential opportunities year over year.
3. SF2 FundRun pool is focused on sponsoring youth to participation at the MTR. We aim to reach as many kids as possible to kick start this journey.
